A Workday Partner needed 42 Workday professionals within 2 months for a large upcoming Workday project, and asked us to support alongside their internal TA team. After a round-the-clock effort from the team, calling upon our extensive network, we qualified over 200 quality candidates for the roles, filling 28 of the positions. They all started within the 2 month deadline, and the client was able to staff their project on the scale the program called for.
The Challenge
This organization had won a large Workday project covering multiple regions, and needed to hire 42 people in the USA within a couple of months. Their internal TA team were also working on filling vacancies directly
The Solution
Our team were working on this round-the-clock. Using our established network, we reached out, spoke to and qualified over 200 candidates for the roles. The administrative side of the task was monumental - formatting resumes, screening candidates, setting up interviews, candidate preparation, debrief calls, pre-close and offers!
The Result
Out of the 42 vacancies, our team filled 28 positions, and all started within 2 months. The client was able to staff their project with the skillsets they needed, on the scale that the program called for.
