Microsoft partner consultancy require an AWS Business Change and Communications Lead for a public sector end client who are rolling out AWS, along with wider MS Technology services across the Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CE.
We need someone with a proven track record in business change management who's lead business strategy and change delivery, ideally for public sector bodies and government departments.
This role will be working with senior stakeholders and project sponsors within one of the most integral government departments, overseeing their entire strategy for the implementation of AWS and helping to run the strategic roadmap and deliverables.
You will be responsible for communicating the business change and process overhaul with some of the key business users, working and engaging with other third party software vendors, and playing a key role in helping them to setup their Programme and Change Centre of Excellence.
The Change and Communications Lead will deploy strategic methods of business and technology engagement for the user base, run impact assessment and change readiness workshops, and mobilise the user base for the adoption of change initiatives in tandem with the implementation of AWS.
This will be a 6 months contract outside IR35 mainly working remotely, and you must already have SC Clearance in place to be considered for this role.
