Role – You will lead discovery and influence key stakeholders to adopt Oracle EPM for financial reporting and consolidation. This is a client-facing, domain-led role and will be the bridge between the business teams and the EPM delivery experts.

Role – You will lead discovery and influence key stakeholders to adopt Oracle EPM for financial reporting and consolidation. This is a client-facing, domain-led role and will be the bridge between the business teams and the EPM delivery experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage senior stakeholders and understand the current financial reporting ecosystem (SAP, Microsoft BI, Excel).
- Help define how Oracle EPM can solve their pain points.
- Provide insight into FinRep, CoRep, ECB reporting, and Norwegian regulatory requirements.
- Influence and educate the business users to adopt new processes.
- Partner closely with EPM tech team to define the proof of value.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years financial institution industry experience within the Nordics region (preferably Norway).
- Deep understanding of regulatory financial reporting: FinRep, CoRep, ECB, etc.
- Deep understanding and experience of Norwegian localisation.
- Experience in reporting process change, stakeholder management, and transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar reporting tools.
- Prior experience in a consulting or advisory capacity (ideal but not essential).
