  • Process Modelling
Develop current & future state process flows (e.g., client matter onboarding, fee estimation, document lifecycle) and propose improvements leveraging Tsuro’s low-code solution.
  • Solution Design & Validation
Collaborate with UX, product managers, and engineers to ideate, prototype, and validate features on Tsuro’s Microsoft?based platform.
  • User Story & Acceptance Criteria
Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile methodology to support development cycles and ensure clarity in deliverables.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
Work with QA to design test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure new modules meet business needs before release.
  • Prioritisation & Backlog Management
Assist Product Owners to prioritise requests based on ROI, risk, and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications

  • Detail?oriented with a blend of analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Nice to Have
  • Experience in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., MS Power Apps).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS platforms in legal or financial services.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to UK law firms.

  • Work in an inclusive, agile environment with hybrid and remote working flexibility.
  • Career growth into senior BA, Product Owner, or Product Management roles as the platform evolves.
