Role – We are seeking a React JS Architect who can lead the frontend direction of our modern web applications. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of React and a passion for crafting scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI architectures.
Key skills:
- 6+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3+ in React.js as an Architect.
- Proven experience designing and scaling React-based architectures in production
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, SSR, performance tuning, and accessibility
- Deep understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.)
- Strong grasp of component-driven development, micro-frontends, and monorepos
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Consulting background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)
- Define and own the frontend architecture for large-scale React applications
- Set coding standards, design patterns, and reusable component strategies
- Collaborate with backend teams, DevOps, and designers to ensure seamless integration
- Conduct technical reviews, audits, and performance optimizations
- Lead and mentor frontend developers, providing guidance and support
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging tools and technologies
