Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a major CRM transformation programme for a UK-based national energy infrastructure organisation. This project is modernising CRM processes and implementing new automated capabilities on the Salesforce platform to enable improved customer engagement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyse, document, and optimise CRM processes and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.

Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a major CRM transformation programme for a UK-based national energy infrastructure organisation. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyse, document, and optimise CRM processes and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture business requirements and pain points.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities;
- Produce BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear traceability to design and delivery.
- Liaise between business teams and Salesforce delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and validated;
- Support solution validation with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure alignment with platform capabilities;
- Prepare scenarios and artefacts to support UAT testing, demos, and end-to-end validation.
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, ADO, Visio, Lucidchart, and MS Office for analysis and collaboration.
- Operate within an Agile / Scrum delivery model and contribute to iterative planning and sprint ceremonies.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce or CRM transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce modules.
- Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Experience producing BRDs, user stories, and structured acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
