Role – We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to help us drive results and optimize marketing automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Develop dynamic content strategies using AMPscript, SQL, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Manage data integrations and ensure seamless synchronization between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Create reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Deliver training sessions to internal teams or clients on best practices in Marketing Cloud usage.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and industry trends.
- 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certifications preferred, e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey design.
- Experience with data management and integrations, including APIs and Salesforce CRM.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Consulting background.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available).
