We are looking for a driven and skilled IT Business Analyst / Functional Lead with expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud to join our client’s eCommerce team. This role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that eCommerce initiatives align with business needs. You will be instrumental in gathering and translating requirements, facilitating Agile processes, and ensuring successful delivery of features.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement in eCommerce webshops and propose enhancements aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for the development team.
• Facilitate Scrum events in collaboration with the Product Owner and Project Manager.
• Collaborate on implementation and integration of systems and services.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business and functional requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business goals.
• Provide post-implementation training and support for end-users.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an sap analyst, including 2+ years with SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris).
• Strong knowledge of B2B eCommerce processes.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, eCommerce, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum certification is a plus).
• Creative problem-solving skills and excellent analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills to simplify and document complex requirements for the development team.
• Proficient in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
