Our client is seeking a seasoned SAP Enterprise Architect to strategise, design, and deploy SAP technology solutions tailored to their clients’ specific needs. Acting as a crucial link, you will align technical systems and processes with the unique requirements of organisations, their owners, or families. Your deep understanding of multiple industries, along with insights into trends, opportunities, and potential risks, will guide the development of impactful technology strategies. You will help create compelling storylines that empower owners and families to embark on transformations with confidence.

Job Description As an SAP Enterprise Architect, your role will involve:

• Business and IT Alignment: Designing and estimating complex SAP architectures and software solutions to interlink business objectives with IT capabilities.
• Problem-Solving Expertise: Addressing technology-related issues during SAP projects and delivering expert resolutions.
• Industry Insight: Staying updated on emerging retail technologies, industry trends, and evolving customer expectations.
• Capability Development: Leading the growth of SAP capabilities, sharing your expertise, fostering thought leadership, and mentoring team members to achieve their career goals.
• Driving Innovation: Contributing to the professional delivery of our client’s enterprise transformation solutions.

This role integrates with the client’s world-class Enterprise Business Transformation approach and involves contributing to pre-designed back-office leading practices. As part of their vibrant and forward-thinking technology team, you will play a key role in executing transformative SAP solutions for clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in technology enablement across areas such as SAP S/4, Finance, Logistics, and Purchasing.
• A proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Proficiency in English, with Dutch language skills or a willingness to learn being advantageous.
• Prior experience working with private and family-owned enterprises, which is essential for this role.
