Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the designing, building and implementing complex solutions in MM modules from an application and business process standpoint.
- Partner with key stakeholders to transform business processes to improve key performance indicators (KPI) in Procurement area.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate Retail system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements, solution designing and delivery.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Works closely with the client IT organization and client Process Owners to ensure system and process integrity of the Template and to drive adherence to the template - ensuring that only critical localization requirements are approved.
Key Skills:
- Should have good understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement capabilities and solution scope.
- Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose solutions.
- 7+ years of SAP Material Management experience.
- Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology.
- Should have very good understanding and solutioning skills in SAP procurement and Inventory Management modules.
- Should be conversant with basic concepts around the following sourcing & procurement topics/concepts - Master Data, Pricing, Inbound - Seasonal & Regular Procurement, Direct & Indirect procurement, Pricing, Stock Transfers, Vendor Consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory process, Condition Contracts, Foreign Trade (desirable).
- Proven capabilities in integrating SAP ECC / S/4 HANA with peripheral supply chain systems such as planning & procurement, demand management, production planning (optional) and warehouse management systems.
- Should have done extensive work on Inventory Management and its integration with 3rd party WMS systems.
- Should have excellent communication suitable for leading customer facing engagements.
- Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose solutions.
