About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Treasury Consultant to join their team and lead end-to-end treasury transformation projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert with a deep understanding of the SAP Treasury and Risk Management (FI-TR) module who thrives in both leadership and delivery capacities.
As a trusted subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex SAP treasury solutions, mentoring team members, and driving high-quality outcomes for clients across sectors. You’ll be the go-to person for treasury processes, integration with FI, and business engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Treasury implementations, upgrades, and enhancements from blueprint to go-live.
- Design and configure SAP TR components including Cash Management, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management, Risk Management, and Financial Transactions.
- Serve as the lead consultant and trusted advisor on treasury-related projects.
- Work closely with clients to assess business needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure best practice adoption.
- Mentor junior consultants and act as a role model within the delivery team.
- Stay hands-on in delivery – configuring systems, running workshops, and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with FI and other SAP modules.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in SAP Finance, with deep expertise in Treasury (FI-TR).
- Proven track record leading SAP TR projects and managing functional teams.
- Strong hands-on configuration skills across the SAP Treasury sub-modules.
- Comfortable acting as both a leader and practitioner – someone who drives solutions while remaining delivery-focused.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience across multiple industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.
