Our client is seeking a Senior Manager Data Transformation & Migration to lead critical data-focused projects such as ERP transformations, M&A activities, and regulatory-driven migrations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring data quality and successful end-to-end delivery for clients, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end data transformation and migration projects within budget and timeline.
- Oversee multiple teams and liaise with key stakeholders on large-scale, international projects.
- Provide tailored advice on data quality, transformation processes, and associated challenges.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation in data transformation and migration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in technical and professional growth.
- At least 8 years of experience, ideally combining consultancy and non-consultancy roles.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365), data modelling, and management concepts.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, Python, DAX, or other programming languages.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
