Your Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing tailored solutions utilizing Microsoft CRM.
- Developing extensions, customizations, and integrations to enhance CRM functionality.
- Actively participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Conducting thorough testing to ensure the quality and seamless functionality of developed solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise.
- Creating comprehensive technical documentation to support solution implementation and maintenance.
- Engaging in knowledge sharing and fostering continuous improvement within the team.
- Experience in software development with Microsoft CRM, preferably with Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse development team.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate technical concepts and solutions effectively.
- Fluency in both German and English (B2+ level) with residency in Germany or Austria.
