ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Serve as the lead architect for Workday HCM and Payroll applications, overseeing end-to-end configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and design solutions that bring maximum value to Rush.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert, ensuring all configurations and deployments are managed seamlessly to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure data integrity within the Workday system, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Lead training initiatives to empower stakeholders, maximizing the effective use of Workday functionalities.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants for specialized support when needed.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 5+ years in HCM and Payroll, with 2+ years specific to Workday; healthcare or higher education experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong technical and functional expertise in Workday, with Workday certifications preferred or equivalent experience.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
