Focus on WD is working with a large end client in the healthcare and medical space, looking for an experience Workday HCM & Payroll Manager to join the team for a new project!
 
SALARY: UP TO $190,000 + Benefits

LOCATION: Remote, US

 
POSITION: Workday HCM and Payroll Manager
 
ROLE OVERVIEW:
  • Serve as the lead architect for Workday HCM and Payroll applications, overseeing end-to-end configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and design solutions that bring maximum value to Rush.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert, ensuring all configurations and deployments are managed seamlessly to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure data integrity within the Workday system, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Lead training initiatives to empower stakeholders, maximizing the effective use of Workday functionalities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants for specialized support when needed.
 
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 5+ years in HCM and Payroll, with 2+ years specific to Workday; healthcare or higher education experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong technical and functional expertise in Workday, with Workday certifications preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
