Associate Director (DACH)
With a background in enterprise technology recruitment since 2015, I’ve supported clients across data, cloud, infrastructure, development, and AI/ML — but I’ve always stayed true to my core focus: vendor-led transformation.
After starting out in the Adobe Marketing Cloud space, I partnered with global consultancies and systems integrators on high-impact delivery across Europe. That vendor focus led me to join Focus Cloud Group - cloud technology recruitment specialists.
Today, I focus on contract recruitment within Workday across the DACH region, helping Workday Partners and end clients secure the talent they need to deliver business-critical projects. Our network is one of the strongest in the Workday space and I’m proud to be part of it.
