- Lead the Finance data conversion workstream for enterprise-scale Workday Financials deployments.
- Collaborate with clients to define data requirements, legacy data mapping, cleansing processes, and validation cycles.
- Drive and facilitate FDM (Financial Data Model) setup discussions, aligning with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate technical requirements and challenges into clear, actionable items for client-side business users.
- Lead or heavily contribute to client workshops, data cutovers, and go-live preparation activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across deployments to ensure smooth, on-time, and accurate delivery of financial data migration.
- Certified Workday Financials Implementer — a must-have.
- Proven track record of success with Finance data conversion, ideally having led such efforts in complex environments.
- Experience leading FDM design and implementation discussions.
- Strong communicator with excellent facilitation and client engagement skills.
- Ability to lead conversations with both technical and business stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts as needed.
- Be a foundational member of a newly launched Finance-focused Workday practice within a major consultancy.
