We’re hiring a Certified Workday Financials Functional Lead to play a pivotal role in a newly established Finance-focused Workday practice within a top-tier consultancy. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in core Finance principles, FDM design, and end-to-end functional deployment leadership. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders and help build one of the most strategically important practices in the business from the ground up.

- Lead client-side functional Workday Financials implementations, with a focus on core Finance modules and FDM.
- Facilitate and drive FDM (Financial Data Model) setup discussions with client finance and technical teams.
- Advise and guide C-level stakeholders on best practices, implementation approaches, and operational alignment.
- Collaborate with other deployment leads and integration specialists to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in design sessions across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Procurement (where applicable).
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle - from planning to go-live and beyond.
- Certified Workday Financials Consultant - active certification required.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes with hands-on deployment experience.
- Proven leadership in FDM configuration and setup, including stakeholder workshops and design decisions.
- Ability to engage and advise senior-level stakeholders, including finance executives and CFOs.
- Background in accounting or finance preferred - experience with Procurement or related modules is a plus.
- Must be comfortable in a client-facing, leadership capacity with excellent communication skills.
