Focus on WD is working with a Global Workday customer, looking for a HRIT Architect to join their organization in an extremely influential role.  
 
Salary: Up to $190,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits

Location: Chicago, IL (3 days on-site per week, relocation assistance available)


Position: HRIT Architect
 
Focus on WD is seeking a HRIT Architect to drive digital transformation in HR, Finance, and Shared Services. This high-impact role will enable you to lead strategic initiatives to optimize digital workflows, integrate critical systems, and elevate HR and Finance technology solutions across a global organization.
 
ROLE
  • Lead the design and implementation of digital solutions for HR and Shared Services, focusing on integration, security, and scalability.
  • Drive governance to ensure HRIS, ServiceNow HRSD and other third party systems meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize digital workflows for HR, Finance, and Shared Services, including applications such as Workday, Concur, and others.
  • Architect solutions to integrate various systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Digital Technology Solutions leaders on HR and Shared Services technology matters, providing strategic insights for decision-making.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Solution Architecture: Analyze business requirements and design architecture for HR and Shared Services technology solutions.
  • System Integration: Oversee the integration of HR, Finance, and Shared Services systems, aligning with best practices.
  • Project Management: Manage project lifecycles from conception to implementation, working with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
  • Vendor & Financial Management: Partner with procurement to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor budgets.
 
CANDIDATE
  • 10+ years in Digital Technology, with expertise in HR and Shared Services technology integrations and implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, SAP Central Finance, and related systems, with integration experience.
  • Proven track record of leading digital projects in global, matrixed environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
