Weโre supporting a large enterprise Workday customer in Brampton, Canada who are looking to hire a 'Senior Manager, Workday HR Technology (Talent, Performance & Learning). This is a leadership role with 4 direct reports (2 Senior Analysts, 2 Analysts) and a rare opportunity to own Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning end-to-end in an environment thatโs investing heavily in Workday.
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience and expertise in Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning modules including design, configuration, support and optimization experience. Experience leading and/or mentoring Workday Analysts is preferred.
