- Support the ongoing implementation and configuration of Adaptive Planning within the Workday environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the system meets business needs.
- Provide expertise in Workforce Planning and FP&A processes to optimize planning and forecasting capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Adaptive Planning system.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing Adaptive Planning within Workday.
- Similar systems experience also strongly considered - Anaplan or Oracle Hyperion
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Planning and FP&A processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant training or certifications in Adaptive Planning or Workday.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and providing user support.
- Background in finance or accounting.
