Focus on WD are seeking a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join a Workday customer in the Toronto, Canada area.
The organisation are currently deploying Adaptive Planning & will live shortly.

An ideal Contract role for an experienced Workdya Adaptive Planning individual to work within a project & newly go-live environment, helping the business optimise & see the maximum impact of Adaptive Planning with Workforce planning coming down the line.

Please Note: For this position, Current/Existing Workday Adaptive Planning experience, or a similar system used such as Anaplan or Oracle Hyperion is essential for consideration
 
Location: Toronto, Canada (2 days a week on-site)
Type: Full Time, Permanent (contractors also considered)
Salary: $120,000-130,000 CAD Per Annum plus benefits 
 
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our client on a Full Time, Permanent basis in Toronto. The successful candidate will work on-site in Toronto for 2 days a week, supporting the ongoing implementation and optimization of our Adaptive Planning system.
This role requires a strong background in Workforce Planning and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
Any Workday Financials experience also desired 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the ongoing implementation and configuration of Adaptive Planning within the Workday environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the system meets business needs.
  • Provide expertise in Workforce Planning and FP&A processes to optimize planning and forecasting capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Adaptive Planning system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in implementing Adaptive Planning within Workday.
  • Similar systems experience also strongly considered - Anaplan or Oracle Hyperion
  • Strong knowledge of Workforce Planning and FP&A processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant training or certifications in Adaptive Planning or Workday.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and providing user support.
  • Background in finance or accounting.
