Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute change management strategies for the successful implementations of Workday Financials , with an emphasis on user adoption and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders (senior leadership, project managers, business leads, and subject matter experts) to align on change management needs and to drive engagement and buy-in for the project.
- End-to-End Change Leadership: Oversee all change management activities through the full lifecycle of the Workday HCM implementation, including pre-implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support. This will include the identification of potential risks, change impacts, and mitigation strategies.
- Workday Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday, with the ability to provide thought leadership on the most effective methods for achieving successful change and adoption of the platform.
- Communication and Training: Lead the creation and execution of communication plans, training strategies, and materials to ensure the successful adoption of Workday HCM. Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training for end-users.
- Performance Tracking & Metrics: Define and track success metrics related to change management. Work with business leaders to measure employee engagement, adoption rates, and other key performance indicators to ensure successful outcomes.
- Consulting Expertise: Leverage your background in Workday Consulting to influence and guide the project teams, ensuring alignment with both the client's objectives and Workday's implementation methodology.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in Change Management related to large-scale ERP or HCM implementations, with significant experience leading Workday Finance implementations.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading change strategy, execution, and adoption across multiple full lifecycle Workday Financial projects.
- Workday Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday Finance modules , with an understanding of the impact on end-users and business processes.
- Consulting Background: Ideally, experience working for Workday Consulting firms or similar consulting environments that provide implementation, configuration, and change management services.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders, project teams, and end-users, balancing business needs with technical implementation constraints.
- Change Management Certifications: Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) or similar is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex change initiatives to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to the project immediately with the flexibility to adapt to changing project timelines and priorities.
