Here at Focus Cloud we have a great opportunity for a Workday Compensation Lead looking for a new challenge.
Our Global Non Profit client have just gone live with Workday and are looking to expand their Workday team. They are in need of a Workday Compensation Lead to help them navigate Stablization in their new environment and assist with the future project pipeline. You will be mainly responsible for the Compensation module but due to the make up of the team you will also be able to assist and get exposure to other areas of the Workday Suite.
Required experience and skills:
- 4+ years Configuration experience with the Workday Compensation module
- Experience with Workday systems in Stabilization
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
This role is 100% remote so you can be based anywhere within Canada!
