SALARY: $190,000 - $220,000 + Bonus + Benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute an HR technology roadmap aligned with business needs.
- Oversee Workday HCM configuration, system integrations, and upgrades for the following modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent, Recruiting, Time, and Absence
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to optimize systems and processes.
- Lead change management, training, and adoption efforts for HR technology.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and ROI for HR tech investments.
- Implement analytics and AI-driven insights for workforce planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of HR technology experience, including system implementation and management.
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience across multiple modules.
- 2+ years managing a team.
- Strong Workday HCM expertise and HR/payroll process knowledge.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
