๐นTranslate business requirements into technical integration designs (mappings, transformations, security domains) aligned to integration and data governance standards.
๐นBuild and optimize event-driven and scheduled integrations syncing core HCM data (workers, org, jobs/positions, compensation/payroll) with internal and third-party systems.
๐นOwn testing and release readiness (unit, SIT, regression, UAT), including cutovers and post-go-live warranty support.
๐นProvide production monitoring and support: troubleshoot failures, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain operational documentation/runbooks.
๐นPartner with HR Tech and cross-platform teams (including ServiceNow HRSD where relevant) to support broader HR transformation and automation opportunities.
