A leading global tech company is looking for a Senior Workday Specialist to join their Talent Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTE). This role focuses on Absence, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules in Workday, supporting HR systems and processes across a global workforce.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Absence, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
  • Manage configurations, permissions, audits, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal HR and regional payroll teams (Canada & U.S.).
  • Configure and maintain time off and absence plans for multiple countries.
  • Identify process improvements and help optimize system functionality.
What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of Workday experience, focused on Absence, Payroll, and/or Time Tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. payroll practices.
  • Experience with absence policies in global environments.
  • Advanced reporting and Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and compliance.
