About the company
A fast-growing healthcare organization is investing heavily in enterprise analytics after a recent big-bang Workday go-live. Workday Prism Analytics is already live and central to how leaders make decisions across Finance, Research, Grants, Supply Chain, and HR. They are now building long-term internal ownership and are looking for a Prism leader who can take what is in place, strengthen it, and elevate it into a best-in-class analytics platform.
Why join
As the Workday Prism Architect, you will provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for Prism Analytics in a complex enterprise Workday environment. You will stabilize, validate, and optimize the existing Prism architecture, close reporting gaps post go-live, and ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with Workday best practices. This is ideal for someone who has inherited a system integrator built Prism solution and knows how to assess data models, correct course, and rebuild confidence in analytics.
Key responsibilities
Prism architecture and data modelling
