Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of Workday Security experience across HCM and/or Finance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday security models – including domain security policies, business process security policies, security groups, user-based assignments.
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining Workday security roles, including new role creation, intersection security, and dynamic groups.
- Experience conducting and supporting SOX audits, GDPR compliance efforts, and User Access Reviews (UAR).
- Ability to analyze and assess current security architecture and recommend enhancements.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and leading best practice security governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance security frameworks across Workday modules – including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Finance, and Adaptive Planning.
- Manage user access provisioning processes and enforce consistent governance standards.
- Conduct biannual User Access Reviews and support internal/external audit requests.
- Diagnose and resolve security-related issues within the Workday ecosystem.
- Stay current with Workday releases and assess impact on security design and functionality.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of all security configurations, access controls, and policies.
- Serve as a trusted partner to business and technical teams, providing clear guidance on access management and segregation of duties.
